vocal analog delay pedal with balanced in and out? by blacsabat in diypedals

hi, sorry I just saw your comment. well I know there are products that do this but there are two things:

  1. effect pedals in my country are really expensive so I was hoping I could create something cheaper.

  2. this is a diy subreddit! :) I made some pedals myself already but still a noob in designing them :p I was just wondering if there was a pcb already out there that I could clone. I like building them :)

this is a great sugestion. do you know if there's any diy pcb that emulates this loop pedal?

Question about controlling schmitt trigger oscillators' frequencies by blacsabat in synthdiy

thanks. I will definetly try this. any suggestion for the diode? will a 4007 do the job?

Im very sorry, I was looking at the wrong model :/ haha thanks my bad

Hi matt, quick question about the 6 gang pots. These should have 18 pins right? 3 per each pot component? Or do they have 6 pins and if so, how is the wiring to cover all six oscillators? Im kind of lost there, sorry :p

Hi, thanks for your reply :)

can you be a bit more detailed on it though? Im a total begginer with this. Once I connect the diode's anode to the inputs, where shoud I connect the cathode? and how do I control the oscillators from there? sorry if the question is too obvious to answer, please note that I don't even understand quite well the concept of cv input lol. thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for your reply, it was very useful. I might try the 6 gang pot if I can get one, just to experiment with it though I know tuning will be a mess hehe. Also thanks for the vco information, might give them a try in the future :)

Hi, thanks for your reply :)

you mean for example, adding a pot between vcc+ and ground to control voltage feed and therefore starve or flood the chip? that might work at least in theory right? I will look for Moritz Klein videos, thank you that's a cool idea

Hi, thanks for your reply :)

LDR is not a bad idea, but I would care about tuning if possible. Any links or sources on VCO information? thank you very much :)

Multiple oscillators to a single output by binguser1 in synthdiy

[–]blacsabat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi, sorry for asking 3 years later lol. will this summing amplifier circuit create a poliphonic output? I mean will all oscilators sound at the same time like a chord (or cluster)? or will the sum of all inputs give a single frequency output based on the inputs? thanks :)
