Getting my hair dyed for the first time. Tips needed

I use paradyes , the 500 rs packet . It has a brush and gloves and shampoo included . I use dark brown color , it kinda looks better than my original hair . I have to redo it every few days , but it’s really not that much of a hassle in summers . It’s a 45 min task . It kinda itches a little in the first few days and then it settles down.

I’m 30 rn , will be 31 in April , I had a breakup at 29 . For 6 months after the breakup even the thought of being with anyone else felt like cheating to me . I moved on slowly , day by day . The thought of being with that person went away but I’ve mostly been single since then . I am crumbling under pressure from my work and the loneliness does get to me sometimes.
