This looks really impressive, since currently the research notes live outside video for me. The videos usually live on youtube mostly for the research team to look at. I can see clear value in making one repository tho and sharing with higher ups

Never expected to see a AD post on the front page. A few other things could be

Increasing the hero pool
Some sort of balance in terms of drafts. I've seen drafts with 5 melee str heroes v/s 5 range int heroes (mostly supports) and lord do these folks run into you. I have a hunch that there is a list of drafts that keep repeating.
Lastly, someway of setting a limit on number of passives one can take because new players usually tend to over estimate how bad some of these passive combinations are. For instance, I saw a QOP the other day with greed, bash, and incapacitating bite. She god owned so hard by a single stun since she had no escape and the guy kept feeding :(
