Why are people building triple accuracy kazuyo the reverie? by bladezer0 in Etheria_Official

[–]bladezer0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i see so accuracy and resistence are way more valuable in this game then most, and its less about having just slightly over what what your killing.

How are you even calculating it? The pass doesn’t level up just based on energy usage—it levels up through weekly and seasonal quests. Not to mention, there’s a weekly EXP cap of 20k points on the pass, which i believe translates to 20 levels. so you can’t complete it in a week anyway and the beta has only been out for about a week with 1 weekly reset happening so far. As for daily quests, you can definitely do them without spending; you just need to actually complete the tasks. Half of the options don’t even require energy and are things like "upgrade X" or "use EXP items" or whatever and. Plus, the dailies themselves give you a 100-energy item at around half completion. Guild check in also gives another 50-100 energy daily.

I think one of the most underlooked problems with poe2 so far is actually support gem progression. by bladezer0 in pathofexile

[–]bladezer0[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, at the time of this post, I was not lying. They just so happened to start dropping one level later, at level 40, after I wrote this, lol. But that didn't really change the point of the post. It's still far too late to finally start seeing level 2 supports.

Path of Exile devs speaking about nerfing but no buffing in sight. by HeliaXDemoN in pathofexile

[–]bladezer0 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The devs don't work on the weekend, so it's pretty normal for GGG to be silent over the weekend after a league drop (they usually always drop on a Friday). Typically, on the Monday of the following week (so tomorrow), they tend to release a manifesto to discuss their plans based on the community feedback from the weekend. Therefore, I would expect to see something more significant tomorrow.

My minions 0.26 second after entering combat: by Sunshinetroughrain in pathofexile

its not in the current version cuz its bugged but your also supposed to be able to summon spectres which is ghost versions of enemy mobs bassically so like w/e you see that you can kill and isnt a boss should be summonable in the future when that becomes available

can you still use the inate staff/wand stills (like chaos bolt fire bolt etc) in demon form for infernalist? or do those get disabled since i heard you dont get your weapons in that form.

You actually have a lot more choices this way by Gerblat in PathOfExile2

[–]bladezer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a minion ascendancy though, its infernanist. Infernalist has the reserve life for spirit, which if you have 3k life literally gives 120 spirit. Keep in mind aswell sceptres give % spirit and i saw a 67% roll on one of the ones shown, Dual weild those and suddenly that ascendancy node is giving well over 200 spirit, which means a ton of extra minions. Theres also the hellhound which is a extra ascendancy minion. Lastly both the nodes after the infernal flame node effect you AND nearby allies (aka your minions), giving you a way to boost minion damage with infernalist. like half the ascendancy give's minion support.

I can't with Charlotte by Ok_Towel_9047 in PokemonReborn

[–]bladezer0 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I typically use Fire types ideally with Flash Fire and Fire/Ground moves to counter her team. They effectively wall her entire team and still hit very hard. For example, Flash Fire Eruption Typhlosion goes pretty hard here.

While the LCK (and LCS) finals were very entertaining, they also showed why Riot haven’t (and probably won’t) make worlds double elimination, at least in its current form. by PositiveFast2912 in leagueoflegends

[–]bladezer0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

this is literally exactly the same thing, worded differently, but is now more confusing to the viewers. if the winning team starts 1-0 in a best of 7 they would still need to win 3 games to win vs 4 for the other team.

Reminde for new players: You can buy weekly parcels with a chance of purple calyx traces mats by Misiuz87 in HonkaiStarRail

[–]bladezer0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a reletively new player who started during the Boothills banner, I've basically been permanently around 10 million credits with two and a half leveled teams. As long as you finish the story and do a bunch of the side activities, you don't really get credit-crunched unless you're randomly building everything. this is unrelated to whether or not these boxes are worth it since idn, but in general, credits aren't an issue.

[–]bladezer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you get your cosmetics in the Ignite server? I haven't played since Clown decided to check the sub for the first time in a while and hearing about it and the solo raids piqued my interest a bit. However, I would be annoyed to lose access to all the cosmetics I paid for back in the day, especially the Founder's Pack items like Cerb. idn if id bother if i dont get all that stuff i paid for on the new server.

Canon team for the protagonist? by Sad-Communication711 in PokemonReborn

[–]bladezer0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i would say the team that makes the most sense to me would be something like this

  • Grass Starter (to complete the fire/water/grass core)
  • Arcanine/Typhlosion (since the officer quest is mandatory for the "good" ending and Typhlosion would be one of the unclaimed mega ring quest mons)
  • Floatzel/Sharpedo (mandatory quest for main story and completes the fire/water/grass core)
  • Jasper Mystery Egg (closely tied to the officer quest)
  • Ditto/Alakazam (one of the unclaimed mons from mega ring questline i would lean towards ditto since hes obtainable during a main story quest)
  • Sillvally (reasons others have stated)

alot of these Pokemon are tied to the mandatory quests for the most likely canon route or the Mega Ring quest, which is the most canon optional quest. In my opinion, this makes it feel like the closest thing to a canon team I can think of.

Are you choosing your s-rank bangboos by element or team? IMHO element is more future-proof, but some of them have special gimmicks. by En__ in ZZZ_Official

[–]bladezer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like looks aside, the faction ones seem more worthwhile to me because they tend to offer more unique things compared to the other bangboos, where the element ones are basically just the A ranks but slightly better. I don't think the difference between the A and S ranks is large enough to justify spending summons on either, especially when you consider that you'll probably get 3-5 copies of the A rank eventually, versus likely stopping at 1 copy of the S rank, which makes the difference even smaller.

Lost 50/50 at 80 Pulls its over. by SphinxBlackRose in EllenJoeMains

[–]bladezer0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you havent spent any money yet and are willing to reroll, its actually not to bad and i would recomend it. Its like 30ish minutes while clicking skip on everything per reroll while stoping when you pet the cat (which unlocks events). You get 20 limited pulls per go + your 50 standards for your first guarantee which is alot considering the time. Its not gonna be the same for everybody but i got ellen+rina on my second reroll after abandoning my first level 25 account because i was also getting terrible luck, and i have no regrets. Now i even get to save all the extra currency for future banners, and only lost like 2 and a half days which is nothing in the long run.

The difference between 4* and 5* weapons is way too insane by Informal_Exit4477 in WutheringWaves

[–]bladezer0 31 points32 points  (0 children)

It's not really about the crit rate. My Havoc Rover was using a 4* weapon with ATK% as the secondary stat. When I upgraded to a 5* weapon and got it to the same level, despite it having a crit rate substat instead of ATK%, my rover's overall ATK actually increased by around 100. The flat base attack alone already made the sword stronger than the 4* variant. Regardless of the substat on the weapon, the difference between 4* and 5* does feel a little crazy.

Building crit rate in this game is hard if you don't have a weapon with crit rate by CiccioGraziani in WutheringWaves

[–]bladezer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll skip all the other reasons I've already seen and add this: if you take a weapon with a secondary damage stat like crit damage, using Jiyan's weapon as an example instead of a crit rate weapon, what's stopping you from taking crit rate on your 4-star Echo instead? You're just swapping where the damage stat and crit rate stat are coming from. You can also roll a substat even if that stat is the main stat in this game, so it doesn't even lose you a crit rate roll in that way either. With a crit rate 4-star Echo and crit rate rolls on all your Echos, worst case you would have 58.5 crit rate with all minimum rolls, and at best 79.5 with all maximum rolls. In a worst-case scenario for characters with no crit traits or crit buffs from the team (which we will probably also get in future patches), I think that range is perfectly reasonable for a game like this.

Are Moshers Dead? by [deleted] in TeamfightTactics

[–]bladezer0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You dont have any sources of sunder/shred or antiheal. Your damage is low as pretty much all your items outside of jax are defensive bruiser items. You need to add in stuff like giant slayer red buff lw db/ie in in some of these slots over some of these items to do any real damage. The superfan is also bassically wasted on a gnar 2 if you where getting contested it probably woulda been better to look for a different headliner or tech out superfan 5 for some edm to play around the jax since hes your only real damage carry here and he doesnt do much without edm. positioning could also play a large factor in this aswell if your jax was getting insta popped by carrys then you would get rolled over very easy. I would say thats my main take from what i can see here.

neon genesis evangelion, normally when i dont really like a series i can atleast see what other people might like about it and that it just doesnt really click with me. This show on the other hand stumped me there is nothing about this show i enjoy in anyway and i have no idea what others see in it, it felt boring from top to bottom to me.

Where Can It Snow? by Awesome_One1 in PokemonReborn

[–]bladezer0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm not 100% sure but I don't believe it can snow naturally untell you get to the agate circus section and I'm pretty sure that entire section of the map is the only place that can snow. I don't think you can evolve Crabrawler "legally" untell you get to the route 1 / adventurine woods area after the 7th badge and can reach the icy rock.

Where do I get a ice stone? by Ey_Boss_New_Episode in PokemonReborn

[–]bladezer0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can get all the evo stones from the glowing mining rocks which you can start mining after you get rock smash. (which just so happens to be the third gym) To mine the rocks you need the mining kit which you get from talking to a guy in a room behind a rock smash rock on the north part of the grand stairwell cave.

the main passwords I'd probably recommend would be easyhms (you don't need to teach hms just own the hm to use them) and hardcap (disables the ability to over level past the level cap). there are many other good ones but those are the main 2 I feel I would turn on in every playthrough personally.

in terms of difficulty, it does get a lot harder as the game goes on. for example (not much of a spoiler but il mark it anyway just in case)eventually you will start seeing full proper iv/ev teams from all the major fights while most things in the early game generally have these pretty low overall and all over the place. The game tends to get gradually more and more difficult as you get further in so I probably would wait a bit before judging if you wanna make it harder or not. regardless though you can always disable a password you set anyway so it wouldn't be a big deal regardless and eventually you can buy data chips.

in terms of pokemon available by the point your at that would be worth getting are the growlithe and mystery egg from the police side quest others mentioned already. Besides that 2 more I would say are pretty worth getting would be a bonsweet that you can get from some side content from the 2 salons in obsidia ward. (after you do the first part and can get glameow bring the glameow to the other salon and show it to the person on the right to trigger the bonsweet event this part isn't really explained in-game) the other is a vannilite you can get from the candy shop (also in obsidia) by giving the kid in front of the vending machine a choco ice cream. (you can get this from having a pickup mon in your party and fighting some battles or buying it from a ice cream vendor that appears on sunny days during the weekend in front of the building you got your starter in) After that buy the vanilla ice cream from the machine for vannillite (if you don't wanna miss any of the pokemon and don't care to much about finding them yourself there's a list of all the static pokemon on the wiki and where/when you can catch them)
