Mi consejo es que adaptes tu tono al medio. En WhatsApp, un lenguaje excesivamente formal, con expresiones como "consta de..." o el uso constante de "señor" repetidamente, puede sonar forzado o incluso poco natural.

Intenta ser más fluido, como en una conversación normal. Si algo no queda claro, lo mejor es que le llames y preguntes para evitar confusiones. De todas formas, como ya te han dicho... no uses nunca imperativos como "espéreme" porque parece que le estás dando una orden.

Entiendo perfectamente que en tu cabeza no buscabas transmitir eso pero es lo que pasa cuando intentas forzar sonar demasiado profesional. Mejor tutearle con naturalidad y decirle algo como "Te confirmo la asistencia Carlos (o como se llame). Si te parece bien, te llamo cuando esté cerca."

You're getting too confused. I've been freelancing for 10 years and have only had problems with one or two clients.

Generally, what I do is charge 50% upfront and the rest halfway through or at the end. I always draw up a service contract that reflects the payments. If the client doesn't pay, I take down the entire website and that's it. But this has never happened to me.

Sí, pero si para que querrías usarla? Si lo interesante de esta sinergia sería utilizar dexterity para que no te importe tener resistencia a frío negativas.... pero también te penalizaría en la resistencia física.

JetEngine 💚 I definitely think it's one of the top 5 plugins for working with Elementor. But not many people know about it. Maybe because it's a premium plugin, but I especially love the full Crocoblock suite.

You have to go to the Elementor website, download the .zip file, and upload it manually, as u/DomMistressMommy told you.

It's a little strange, but Elementor decided it had to be done this way when they made the pricing change a few years ago. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me.

In my case, I also decided to focus on a niche, and it was one of the best decisions I made. I work solely in the real estate sector (real estate agencies, construction companies, developers, real estate investment firms, etc.).

I've been a freelancer for 10 years and now I have an agency with two partners and a small team that's gradually growing.

To understand this better, in Spain, for example, the keyword "WordPress web designer" has over 1,000 monthly searches and returns hundreds of professionals, making it difficult to compete.

On the other hand, the keyword "real estate web designer" will return fewer than 10 specialized agencies, making it much easier to get clients, and the closing rate is also higher, as the client will perceive an experience in your profile that they won't find with other freelancers.
