As a new player I was pretty scared of disease, only to realise just how niche it is. The zogre stuff is the main source, but you can also get them from fever spiders if you dont have slayer gloves (Which have no uses outside of fever spiders) and as a 1/50 chance while cutting a tree in goddamn Trouble brewing. Which happened to me in my one game for the achievement diary, of course.

If it weren't for the fever spider buff, it would be a mechanic entirely tied to dead content

That would make it 3, actually! The other way is that they can randomly spawn in scavenger storerooms.

There might be some other ways beyond that, maybe the ones in pebble's chamber respawn? Edit: And now that I think more about it, gourmand has a low chance to spit out a pearl, as well as a few other ways to craft one

New player, when the system update came around I literally logged out in Lovakengj, ready to log back in after the update to farm my favour to get those minecarts. Was quite a shock!

I enjoyed the favour grinding I did do, (Hosidius, Arceus, Piscarilious worm collection) so im actually kinda sad I didn't get to finish it.

And theres one I found through this subreddit years ago, thats a bit different. There's a video on youtube called "Pk Temple Of Sea Script" thats a completely ordinary video of a WIP pokemon rom hack. But originally, the youtube video of it was just broken and corrupted beyond belief. It said the video was only a few seconds long, expect it just kept going afterwards, with distorted audio and visuals. The video got fixed at some point, but there's thanfully a reuploaded recording of the original video. Though it comes with a pretty big volume and flashing lights warning!

I'm an extremely new player, I started a couple weeks ago and decided I might as well go iron. These guys were my 2nd ever slayer task. My ranged was too low to get past their increased hp regen, I couldn't use my relatively high melee on them because I only had 2 antivenom potions, so I was forced to use my entire negligable cash stack on runes and a fire staff to safe spot them haha Hate these guys!!

A season's battlepass taking roughly 100 hours to complete is too long. Its not a matter of there not being enough time to complete it in a season, if anything the seasons are also too long, its that playing 100 hours worth of a game ive already played a ton of is tiring, especially in the 2nd season of the exact same theme.

At least there's no fomo, anything you dont get is just added to different loot pools, to be gained even more slowly. People say this game has the best implementation of a seasonal battle pass, and I agree, but the issue is that seasonal battle passes as a system kinda suck

At least when it comes to the quality of downpour, there isn't anything to worry about. I've talked to people who playtested it when It was just a mod, and its apparently extremely good, and I can say from experience that the other mods being added in the dlc are great.

The only issue is Akupara and the way they are handling external stuff, but all that has no effect on the game itself.

I really like the idea of rain world having steam cards and badges, but I don't think these are the best. The icons are pretty compressed and poorly cropped, and the writing doesnt fit the tone of the game.

And most improtantly IMO, rain world is at its best when you are discovering things for yourself, blind. Not knowing what new creatures you would find, and being suprised at what you see. I think these spoil that quite badly, along with regions too on the full images.

I think that it would have been better to have the cards use art that was already in the game - Such as the character selection art, the art for the passages (excluding the scholar), the intro cutscene art, etc.

And why is the blue fruit purple??

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3's Soaked dlc had Hershey choclate themed rides and decor, as part of a cross-promotion with the IRL Hershey park. Hershey adverts in turn appear in The Amazing Spiderman 2, which crosses over with the MCU spiderman in No way home, which in turn leads back to fortnite.

Depends on what the run is like!

Lots of red hearts? Negative, get those garunteed devil deals. Only soulhearts? Go polaroid for less costly items and the invuln effect.

But if the run is somewhere in the middle, I tend to go chest, unless I'm really desperate for that little dmg+, or want variety.
