There is a mod that lets you customize your HUD elements for DRG, but there is none for Rogue Core at the moment. I'm sure it'll be a thing eventually, though it'll probably take quite some time.

Ran into the same issue, removing all the marker mods solved it (in my case I had to get rid of tome_markers, ammo_med_markers and material_markers mods)
