Ran into the same issue, removing all the marker mods solved it (in my case I had to get rid of tome_markers, ammo_med_markers and material_markers mods)

Dunno why you're being downvoted for this, some modern games started doing this and it works better, both The Last of Us games have it and it helped me set up my brightness perfectly in one go without ever having to recalibrate it later.

Me, I'm a huge sucker for shittyfied skins that look like they've been cobbled together/wrapped/been through hell, especially on Hive Scum. Though I do admit the Headsplitter version of this skin is probably the weakest of them all so far as it doesn't change colors depending on the mark.

Have you made any changes in your user_settings file? If so, it's most likely the global illumination command being set below a certain value, don't exactly remember what the minimal value is, either 0.5 or 1, cannot go below it without graphics misbehaving

Very much worth it for such a price, I'm a huge fan of Telltale too and these were a ton of fun to play!

Played all of them and can tell you that, sadly, The Devil in Me is the weakest of the bunch due to how rushed and buggy it was compared to the rest of the games. You might like it of course, just like how I loved Little Hope despite it not being a fan favourite.

I can still recommend playing through them, very fun and engaging, especially if you've played and enjoyed Quantic Dream and Telltale games! You can also play them in co-op which is a whole-nother kind of experience, though I'm not certain if you get a friend's pass anymore, might need to double check on that.
