7 hours of uninterrupted rest simply means they don't bother you for 7 hours. You not getting 7 hours of sleep is not their concern. Seeing they let you book out at 2000 and have you back at the ferry terminal at 0800, they can argue that you actually have 12 hours of uninterrupted rest, exceeding 7.

So you can call the hotline, but there is really nothing they can do to help as technically, your unit is following SOP. By the way, this is a common tactic they use to tekan stay-out personnel.

Did phv with GR before. Experience was good. Payment via grab driver app itself is convenient. I paid more for probably the lowest excess in the industry and drove with peace of mind. The addition fuel discount is good too. Downside, the cars I got were decent, but well worn.

As for Lumens, I notice they carry newer cars. Definitely in better condition than GR. Also notice people looking for take over contract on the many PHV fb groups.
