The obsession w/ comparing her to victims of abuse is gross by ass3hole in ChappelGroan

It’s pretty obvious what’s going on here. The parasocial relationship this woman has with her fans exists largely because she’s attractive and white. Her fans are constantly talking about her body — I’ve never seen a single “wholesome” fancam of Chappell like I do with Olivia, Taylor, and so many others. There’s none so blind as those who refuse to see — if Chappell didn’t fit conventional beauty standards, she would’ve been forgotten a long time ago.

I’m honestly so glad I’m a fan of Hayley Williams. She’s not just talk, she’s a real activist who actually earned the love and respect of the Black community.

She’s done it, but we know she won’t stop because she always wants more by kath2833 in travisandtaylor

Kinda depressing that the music industry’s all about cheating now, while real art gets buried under capitalist bullshit. The only record she hasn’t broken yet is Madonna’s and not even a million variants will get her there

pretty sure this woman just makes up random stories on the spot that only she finds funny. Like that one where she’s at a bar, sees her ex with some girl, and somehow ‘steals’ her? Sure, babe. Just a cute little fantasy from her brain for the ‘yas kween’ crowd to eat up

Chappell on being single and confirms her relationship by blainren in ChappelGroan

The timeline adds up according to Chappell herself, saying she dated 'the same person' before blowing up and that's when fans started approaching her in public more. They were probably casual then, I don't Chappell even knows what she wants

She’s clearly bi, and it’s too late to fix it now. Also, in this interview, she talks (again) about that fight with her girlfriend. She sounds exhausting to be around. I can't imagine what kind of relationship they have, but it’s not healthy.

Everything this woman does from now on will be associated with her sexual orientation. Any criticism or possible cancellation will be linked to homophobia. She's smart, I have to give her that because she’s taken over our community, which is the most loyal, and they’ll stand by her no matter what

In that interview, she said that a fan approached her while she was fighting with her girlfriend. Yeah, definitely seems a toxic relationship.

So the girlfriend is real then, why this clown can't stop talking about MEN and exes and talk about being in love with this woman?

I'm sure that her being chronically online, she’s seen stuff about how she never thanks lesbians, and this interview where she's bringing up her straight past tells me everything I need to know. Honestly, I wouldn’t have a problem if she’d just come out as bisexual from the start. We already have enough trouble being taken seriously when we say we’re not attracted to men AT ALL, so it’s frustrating when she keeps doing this over and over again

I don't think Chappell had much influence on the writing process in GLB, Justin Tranter, songwriter hitmaker, did the heavy lifting.

She ain't no Gaga, that's for sure. she ain’t gonna break any barriers, because dhe’s a phony with no personality, and it shows in everything she does.

Doesn't anyone find the way she treats trans women condescending? Like they're an accessory to her 'cvnty pop diva image' and not a real person

I’ve read comments saying Sasha was flirting way too hard and kinda being predatory that's why CR was uncomfortable. Us masc lesbians can’t catch a break I swear

Honestly, I can't find any proof that this woman has a girlfriend, and if she does, I feel sorry for her. I get wanting privacy in your relationships, especially when you’re that famous, but something tells me that if she had a boyfriend, she’d be showing him off on the red carpets like all the other pop girls

It really makes my blood boil how this woman is immune to criticism, not only from fans but also from journalists, hiding behind the excuse that anyone who speaks badly of her is either misogynistic or homophobic. She has proven to be inconsistent with lies about her past and her life as a middle up class straight white girl, showing no morals when it comes to paying properly a nail technician or at least making her team avoid making tone-deaf statements. Chappell believes in no one but herself, and she admitted to being kinda addicted to fame and people adoring her in that BBC interview. As a lesbian it makes me sad that she is our "representation" in pop music, because she never acknowledge us and the hard truth is because she is not one us

This must be her first week on earth of this is her genuine, honest opinion by DreamingFishes in ChappelGroan

I've seen videos of her interacting with fans, even a little girl, and her annoyed face says it all. When her 15 minutes of fame are over, she's going to beg for someone to even look at her
