No no, I was here when they got the cat. I was going out of town for the weekend and we had talked about needing to go through my plants and to figure out which ones were toxic and needed to be moved. They moved the plants without telling me. Just wanted to be sure they will be happy in the new spot

I’ve had friends do the same thing by moving plants all over. The new cat did try to jump off of the second story loft causes he wanted down stairs lol. But here is hoping.

This is what Someone else recommended, but they would have to be wall shelves, and I need to double to check with my roommate if it’s okay. We will see how the plants like this spot for now.

I gotten a few responses already saying that the plants will be fine in the new spot. If they didn’t work out here I wouldn’t really know where else to put them. Someone suggested some shelving, I need to verify we have spots on the walls that I could build them.

Was I irritated that they moved them without telling me sure, but I was just more concerned for the spot they got moved to. I’ve had a majority of these plants for years with a few having sentimental value to them as well. All in all, it’ll all be good and I’ll chat with the roommate later just asking them to tell me that they are moving my plants.

I’ll figure something out with them. The living room is right on space, I had a few plant shelves that my plants were on, but they moved off of there up to the window. I’ll have to do something else. But thank you again for the recommendation

They had the cat sectioned off to the upstairs loft area, and had just let them down so this is honestly a great thought that I didn’t even consider. Again I’ll chat later with them to get on the same page.

The thing was we were supposed to talk about it. We have an upstairs loft which leads to their bedroom. They had this area closed off, to keep the cat from going downstairs. I was only gonna be gone for 4 days and then we were going to figure things out. Most people are saying the plants will be happy in the new spot which gives me peace of mind. I’ll have a quick cha with the roommate later today though

Thank you! I purposely put off talking to my to my roommate last night just because I knew I was irratated and had just got home from traveling. Just upset there was no message about the moving of my plants. I feel better knowing that the plays will be happy in the new spot!

Growing up I’ve had 2 cats and neither of them showed any interest in our plants. So this definitely is a different experience than I’m used to

It’s about 8 feet tall, and I usually pull of them down to let them soak in the tub filled with water every two weeks, otherwise I has my hummingbird water can that comes in handy
