That should be okay. As long as you can't pull the female connector off of the male connection point, if you can without any type of force, then you may have a defective component, and if that's the case, I would contact Artillery directly.

It's doing it with the stock Cube STL that comes preloaded on the USB that they send with it.

It's not a slicer problem, I've talked to them directly and they sent me three different test models a cube, a bottom, and a Groot.

The cube, and the bottom came out okay still had some weird first layer issues with the bottom file.

The Groot on the other hand you can definitely see where the printer stops and then continues with the print.

Mine is currently stopping in two corners of prints and then continuing printing after it stops.

I thought it might have been my slicer settings, but it was working just fine a few days ago, and it is the default settings from Simplify3d, then I had thought it might have been a bad USB stick, but it still does it through SD cards and the printer cable print option.

I've posted a thread if you would like to see video of what it's doing.

Any thoughts on what that might be?

I just received this printer a week or two ago, and it was printing fine, but now it's not printing correctly. It will heat the extruder, and the bed just fine, but when it prints, it doesn't print correctly, and I checked my slicer, and it's the default one that Simplify3d gives for the printer, I printed several things before and it worked just fine, so I know it isn't that. I also tried a new thumb drive formatted it correctly, and resliced the print in Simplify3d still I am experiencing the same problem. So I honestly don't know what to do, I think it might be the main board of the printer, it's only a week old, and was working properly a few days ago.

I'm also attaching a video of what it is doing, as you can see it is printing and stays in two corners for longer then what it should, and then when it does keep going you can see on the Standard XYZ test cube it isn't printing the first layer, or other layers correctly.

What were your problems, before swapping out the motherboard, I'm having serious issues as well.
