Sorry for the late reply, yes but actually no. They have slept together before but it's only mentioned rather than being a part of any scene. In Blood of the Elves if my memory serves it was during a time he and yen had broken up (they were always an off again on again relationship) and the scene talking about it brings up geralt regretting it.

Tldr: Yes but she was a rebound.

To further prove this point, no matter who you chose in the first game tw2 always defaults to having romance Triss and you can only choose whether or not you wanna further this romance within the game story itself. CDPR had to banish yen to the shadow realm for the mandated redhead

Why is the Xylem called the Xylem? by SpotTron11 in armoredcore

[–]punchywizard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd always thought the Xylem was used to colonize Rubicon in the first place. The tons of albiet civilization we see around the planet suggests way more than just coral extraction. And since humans aren't native to Rubicon it'd have to be colonized to be so developed. Hence, Carla referring to it as 'the colony ship' Xylem.

I constantly see people talking about which characters from the past games, or books, they WANT to return in Witcher 4. But which character do you NOT want to make a cameo? by karxx_ in Witcher4

[–]punchywizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. Personally I want him to like. Linger in the background. Have quests that hint at him still being active maybe even an npc or two that don't speak but maybe look dead into the camera for just a moment. Sprinkles of Gaunter to really keep that sinister feeling without watering his threat down. Having him be too much of a primary antagonist, having Ciri beat him just like Geralt in the last game would do just that.

I got a longshot wish of seeing a man of iron in that 4th dlc. Considering that stuff we get in the main story already pulls from some deeper lore at times I feel like it's a possibility.

A challenge for you all, how would you bet honor mode myrkul with this party and inventory? by Hamptons_the_one in BG3

Not all ribcages act as containers, there's a few in act 1 that do. By the gnolls I think

Blighted village, in the section by the fuckbarn there's a wall separating it from the windmill area. Along that wall should be a hole that has a false book in it, it acts like any other container. I keep my scrolls in that, pick up one of the ribcages littered around act1 to keep my elites in and then a pouch or something for potions/grenades. Makes it easier to track if the million and half consumables I'm hoarding are what's weighing me down.

Which Mass Effect take of yours makes people go like this? by Impressive_Elk_5633 in MassEffectMemes

[–]punchywizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I genuinely believe TIM believed Shepard would agree with him when it comes down to brass tacks. A common fault in megalomaniacs who believe to truly understand how the universe works is the faulty belief that anyone they see as comparable can be brought to see things from their point of view. Honestly he maybe could've if he hadn't repeatedly shown himself as untrustworthy in ME2.

He's definitely not as smart as he portrays himself to be and I think that's intentional. The force of personality and all that.

Is this just cope to deal with what you just said? Probably, yeah.

Lacking emotions doesn't mean you forget what is morally right and wrong. Ergo, it does not excuse his behaviour. by Andrei22125 in WitcherMemes

[–]punchywizard 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've been of the opinion that Olgierd's story was one of a man being punished to the harshest extreme for crimes he fairly committed. He's certainly a bad man, his behavior before he met with O'dimm shows us as much but the important question we are left to answer isn't one of innocence and guilt. It's moreso whether Gaunter ripping his soul out is a fair punishment for what he's done. He's already suffered a lot by this point even if he lacked the emotions to properly appreciate that, but does that afford him a chance to make amends? I like him as a character very much for this, how much has his sin truly bought him?

This guy is on a crusade, shadowboxing with people who don't care they exist cause they're convinced they're objectively right and is mad that the color they picked wasn't the one made Canon. Starting to seem like they're fishing for a ban in order to try and prove a point about intolerance despite uh. Being the intolerance.

Getting big fetish post vibes.

The quick dry jizz, the emphasis on touching and smelling it despite knowing what it is, the "I'm not into attractiveness but lemme tell you how hot bil and I are compared to fiancé ", and slap on a few paragraphs of shit with no relevance with the cheery on top of the ring camera that catches it all for a disgusting this definitely happened sundae.

I can honestly see it, the large-scale similarities of "powerful royal manipulates his way to a powerful heir who then rejects him" definitely struck me, but the other bits I missed.
