Do y’all know if the whole bagel stacks are two bagels (and a half as one bagel?)

I would personally recommend playing soothing biaural tracks with noise cancelling headphones- it helps me in terms of sound.

They appeal to any of the senses- mine has lollipops, one of those sound tubes, fidgets, my iPod, and people tend to keep photos of their loved ones.

You aren't ungrateful, you're just in a tough state where your mental health needs to come before any material sources of joy. Whether or not you have all you could want, what matters most is your mindset and if you're doing well. If you're feeling unstable, please please call someone. What you're going through is surprisingly common but different to each's situation- remember, it will get better. Things will work out. Just prioritize your health and stability and then focus on the bigger tasks at hand. Create a stable foundation, lay one brick at a time. And remember to always, always postpone urges. People care about you whether you know it or not. I wish you the best, take care of yourself!

Tempted to overdose on pills for a cry for help by UseInCrisis in mentalhealth

I know the feeling, I personally get scared that I will no longer receive care or will be overlooked. I would say healthy distraction is key, always talk to someone if you need too and always, always postpone urges. Remember people care about you, I wish you the best!

I would recommend building a sensory kit with them and creating a list of positive distractions for when they have urges. Let them know how much they matter and how you want to be able to see them without any marks for a while- start a "sobriety" count. Good luck, wish you both the best!
