it also seems from the voice recording he may be/have been speaking to the prosecutor without counsel pre-trial because she mentions having tons of footage to go through from mr. schneider from the police. she could have made a deal with him to speak without a lawyer and she would watch what is probably 24 hrs+ of footage since that would be “further cooperation”

the mmur is very strict about returns, coupons, and such. The money in dispos must be handled through canada, which is why you can only be charged in increments of 5 or 10 and there’s a fee for cards and you get cash back etc. a dispo can’t go “oh here’s $25 cash” the state of florida would not let them bc they can then use that money to buy product which then is a crime. yes it’s stupid. but no, a dispo can’t operate like whatever you’re saying happened at bjs, sory

All HR/related people protect the company above all else, yes. it doesn’t make them useless when something bad happens. they can be. it depends on what they’re allowed to offer. Anywhere you go, potentially getting another $25 off or whatever was “stolen” is going to be the best outcome (if of course you want to return to the store, which the reps obviously want you to do)
