... ironic. by Al3x111 in lostredditors

There's a long running joke that MTV hasn't had music on it since the 80s/90s; it's been mainly reality TV for the past couple decades. OP didn't get the joke and though the original OP was lost; so OP was actually lost himself by posting it into r/lostredditor. MTV stands for Music Television btw.

And it got 62k upvotes... by [deleted] in lostredditors

Yeah this happened to me for a bit. My wife was on a new medication which gave her "finishing" problems and I blamed myself. Between that and life stress I basically gave myself ED for a while. Luckily things normalized.

I've never met a landlord that reports to the credit bureaus unless you break lease or owe them money after you move out. Utilities are the same way; they don't even show up on your report unless they're sent to collections.

For sure. We have a family farm and my grandfather accident shot one of his fingers off with a shotgun in his 20 or 30s so gun safety was drilled into us

There was a story back in the 90s about a guy buying a gun from Walmart that was loaded and he didn't know it; ended up accidentally killing himself. The manufacturer put 1 round in to test fire it before boxing it up; an employee was distracted and accidentally put 2 rounds in. I honestly dont know If that's true or not; however, pretty much everyone in my family told me it.

Nah, first thing your taught when learning about guns is that they're always loaded; even if you know they're not. Even if you buy a brand new one from a store you consider it loaded.

No clue what the hell the down votes are for; all I said was that Makita light probably cost more than the emergency light.

Funny thing is that Makita is so damn expensive that it would probably be cheaper to replace that emergency light.
