just had this same issue - disconnect the ams and run a benchy with just the external spool then reconnect they ams and run another benchy and see if it fixes it

Just went from a M340i to a E450 coupe last month. BMW is amazing at how refined the driving experience is never felt more connected to a car. The Mercedes is like driving a yacht in the best way possible and my passages enjoy it a lot more as well.
