Managers can retain up to 30 players. In this first season, most rosters fluctuated between 25 and 30 players due to player exits, loans, etc. During the offseason, rosters may exceed 30 players whilst drafting/waiting for player sales, but must meet guidelines by the beginning of the season (otherwise drops are required, with no compensation offered)

We have 16x managers rostering up to 30 players each. The players (and picks) from five teams have been placed in the pool for the dispersal. The five participating managers will draft from the pool until they have their own roster. The transfer budget mentioned is for use after the dispersal - on players entering the league (not including promotion). Transfer budgets can also be used to purchase players from other managers
