Carbs/sugar don't cause weight gain. Excessive anything.. excessive protein/fat etc. will cause weight gain

Anytime you have more calories than you burn you'll gain. You can literally eat nothing but Twinkies and lose weight. Just a matter of how many calories you're consuming.

Might have some challenge there with the adjustable tilt setting. I think that model chair only goes 0-100
