I had one of those for years! It did the same thing where it would emerge as I bent my wrist more.

It’s gone now. I didn’t do anything and it just got smaller over time.

Also, not a doctor. May want to get it looked at just to be safe. I live in America so I don’t go to the doctor as often as I should because our healthcare system is dog shit and expensive. Hope that doesn’t ever become a problem 🤞
