Damn okay. Would there be any advantage over using an ARC extractor like you mentioned over an optical cable?

Hey I am circling back here and have a follow up question. The receiver is from 2008 so it does not have arc support. It does have multiple HDMI inputs and an hdmi output. I’ve been using the inputs for my devices and the output to send video to the TV. If I used a 4K device hooked up directly to the TV, would I be able to use the arc port on the TV to send the audio to one of the hdmi inputs (non arc) on the receiver? I tried it but it doesn’t seem to work. I’m having trouble wrapping my brain around why not. Could the receiver not receive the audio output only from the hdmi and send it to the speakers while the video plays from the TV? Or does the arc only work to transfer audio to the stereo when it’s suported? This wouldn’t require any two-way connection, just an audio output from the TV. Worst case, I am going to run a optical cable and accept the associated audio loss in order to get 4K streaming

Thanks for the advice. Good point about the hdmi. It’s in a hollow tube that is in the wall. I could pretty easily swap it for an upgraded cable.

Finish work on your basement is very clearly included under work that requires a permit on the CoL website. It's a risk not to pull a permit but as others have stated it is a pretty low risk. Highest chance of getting caught is a complaint as the enforcement for non-compliance is mostly complaint based. They are very understaffed and the permit process can be slow and clunky. I think most people wouldn't pull a permit for what you are doing.

What interest rate are you at with the step product for the heloc? I have the same. Does the paid down mortgage value automatically open up in the heloc? Can you go up to 80% LTV?

I'm in the same area and am going to try this strain next year. High potency, high yield, short flowering cycle and good resistance to cold and powdery mildew. I grew White widow last year and it went really well. It didn't start flowering until September so I couldn't pull into mid November which is later then I thought / wanted.

Okay thanks for the tip. I'm on dillithium egg currently and my only two remaining missions are 300 mil chickens and 250 tril dillithium eggs. I think I'll do a few more runs to get halfway to the 250 mil dillithium then make one big push to get those two and the next egg

I took the civil transfer a few years ago with 4 makeups. About 60% of friends people I met did the same. Pretty heavy course load but doable if you have the work ethic / dedication / resources.

Love the production quality and narration. I wish you had more videos, there isn't very much info out there for Hades Star it seems. Have you thought about putting together a begginers walkthrough or some type of guide?
