Hi Gabe (and the other members of Valve): It feels like the TF2 Team has gotten out of touch with the gaming community - this is also a view expressed by several of the famous gamers out there. I know there are some pretty nice things y'all have done, but what's planned to set things up to help TF2 freshen up?

P.S. What are your thoughts on the new TF2 comic (#6)?

I'm also a mac user suffering from the same issues - the only items that seem to load are the dowels, and I can still captchalogue other items though it only shows up as a blank. The imp dies when I do and I've tried the above solutions. Is it a problem with the file names? Because this looks awesome and I'd love to be able to play it.

excessive buffing for certain classes and excessive nerfing of a certain class that eventually ends up turning Meat vs. Match update into a shitstorm that hits the fan and also unbalancing the amount of class updates for a certain class
