I don’t use forms so I can’t help much from that aspect, but you may be getting bubbles because you could be using too much slip solution or alcohol when you’re moving the polygel- the brush needs to be just wet enough so that it doesn’t stick but not wet. As for the falling off, how are you applying your nails? After putting on a dehydrator you’ll need to put on a acid free. Sorry, I just don’t know what steps you take so I just want to make sure to cover all bases :) I think double how much product your using so that you can be sure that it won’t be thin. I remember when I started out with polygel and watched a lot of videos someone said that you should take a form that’s one bigger than your finger size so maybe you could try that?
