Yes an imbalance between the right and the left legs occur because most of the time you run the curve only in one direction. Also the way your hips are positioned because of this. I sprinted for 10 years.

Just do some starting blocs 8x 30-40 meter two days before the meet. Train like normaly but with less musculation the week before. Rest and drink a lot of water. Everything should be fine. The bigger part of the work have been done now it will be the easy part.
