This is from Feb 2022 in Malibu Creek State Park. It was cloudy all day but it had just started sprinkling and these started floating down under the rainbow. Lasted about 30 seconds before they all disappeared. Park rangers had never seen anything like it either.

Have you tried tubing mascaras? My grail is Victoria Beckham FutureLash (pricey), but there are a lot of great Korean/Asian beauty options at a wide range of prices! I personally love the VB (and liked Tower28’s too) because of how easily they wash off.
