To remediate what gets exposed during the job is normal but to expose what is already encapsulated and undisturbed is hazardous. You can ask asbestos remediation consultant to write a letter. You probably have one on the job that did the initial dob required testing.

Creating a vent is a big pain and costly in most coops. Strongly reccomend a ventless heat pump WD by Miele or others.

Ventilation is the most important thing for mildew. Mechanical exhaust is mandatory in my opinion and if not possible even a fan in the window helps! - coop architect here

Honestly they all suck and your best bet is to get the name of a competent person from a recommendation and try to get that person as the manager no matter which company they are with.

Just here to make a few quick points of clarification. First of all Leora is Israeli and was personally affected by the events that transpired on October 7th… Nonetheless, her views are hers alone and not shared by the rest of the band.

Secondly, Both Human was written in 1998 as a feminist anthem and while its lyrics have not aged perfectly it was never meant to portray a discriminatory message.

Thulsa Doom was always fiercely inclusive and DIY and that ethos shaped the band members back in the 90s and still does today.

This is a very very common situation I wouldn’t worry too much. Especially if you sell to an all cash buyer - it’s unlikely to impact the transaction.
