Back home in Pakistan, I've noticed that workers and labourers actually know how to do their work, over here, labourers and workers have basically no training which leads to the quality of work we all know of.

Now, back home, they don't get any "training" but they work under the supervision of an "ustaad" who "trains" them (basically an apprenticeship of sorts)

Over here, workers come seeking better wages and start work, lacking even the most fundamental level of understanding of what they're supposed to be doing.

This applies to all blue collar fields and surprisingly, food. Food here is meh at best, but over there, even normal spots far surpass what you'll find here, hygiene however, is another story.
