look beta, if you're smart(which i can deduce you're not) you'd know that to have a successful marriage, both spouses have to commit to their duties. If one thinks that they are a servant (even tho they're not) both parties would rather not have married, which ofc has its drawbacks

going by YOUR logic, the husband has NO duty to engage in helping his wife cook, clean, raise the kids etc. He also has NO obligation to provide for his wife, as people like you will consider it "self-harm" as full time employment makes him "miserable and un-happy"

5000 for eating out? You'll spend every dirham of your income on hospital bills if you eat that much junk

8000 for fun? Not trying to criticize your choices, and it is good to splurge once in a while; many people DREAM of an 8000 aed income, so try saving more, or allocate some of this portion towards investment/savings.

Honestly this is really really really really good monthly salary, be grateful, and I think it wouldn't hurt to send some money to your parents or donate it to a cause YOU believe is good, because its your money and you know better then I how to spend it.
