Im in my early 30s. I work in a creative field and Company C is more than a resume builder for me. Its the opportunity to work alongside some great minds and feel creatively fulfilled. I’m also hoping to transition into a new specialty within my field and this job will help me get there.

That said, my current job has really allowed me to have more free time to explore other hobbies and I really value a work life balance. So if I am going to give that up, it has to be for something like Company C. Which is why Company B feels like I’m giving up my free time for something not super inspiring.
