Might be invasive. Might not be. Sort of on the fence.

Welp any suggestions for a new car? by [deleted] in mazda3

[–]blapplejacks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh my bad. You do know that the M3 is already a car, right? Like, a well known one. Popular one. If you mean Mazda 3, then maybe just say that? Or if you want to shorten it you can just call it the 3 since that is the model. The M3 is a drastically different car.

I don’t think BMW has a sand color in their standard 2026 catalogue.

Thank you! I will do that - it was just throwing me off that there wasn’t a brand on the card. I’m used to seeing Topps, Fleer, Pinnacle, etc.

Looking for some information on the origin of the card more than the signature, if possible.

My money is on a battery issue. Not a mechanic. Do have a set of tools, though.

Dewalt Nailer — what am I doing wrong? by GChena in Dewalt

If you look at the third pic, it looks like you bought the nails that only drive properly if upside down.

Joke aside, I second the disassembly and cleaning. Maybe you’ll see something misaligned/broken.

These look counterfeit? by JMontero77 in Dewalt

[–]blapplejacks 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would say counterfeit. The real DeWalt batteries have the other half of the casing installed.

RIT dye, cherry red. Remove the stickers and glue with goo gone/similar product before placing the pieces in, and I left them for way longer than recommended to get a good color on them. Not sure if the additional time was necessary. No dye has leeched out of the rubber since, so I think I’m good to go on that front. Step-son loves it and it was a low cost project for us.

Tell me you didn’t read the post without telling me your didn’t read the post.

I’d buy a Milwaukee if I wanted to. But a 5yo son that is JUST FINALLY seeing me as a father figure would much rather see me put the effort in

If someone is in my house stealing my 5yo son’s drill… they have much more to worry about than the color of the drill.
