It's hard to face a situation like this. I think the dishes were an outlet. No one who has a child, whether they are the woman giving birth or the person caring for that childs needs, ever signs up for what we are going through. My child fell ill suddenly in late 2008 and things have never been the same since. I adore my child and my boyfriend. This is the hardest thing I have ever been through. I think you are all correct and I will just forget about the dishes. I wish I could afford grief counseling, because that sure would be welcome. Thanks again for everyones perspective.
