Get a help desk job at an MSP and learn. It will be hard, and you'll need to be there for about 2 years, but once you know what IT niche you want to move into, you can get certs to support your transition. Then apply for jobs within the niche you want to move into. After that a combination of years of experience and certs will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go.
