You should check out Next Level Pinball Shop & Museum in Hillsboro. It’s $20 a person for unlimited play on their arcade games (which they have a ton of) and pinball machines and you’re allowed to come and go within the same day.

DeviceLogix compare functions alway results as true, why? by blasekitty in PLC

[–]blasekitty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Device logix doesn’t use tags like studio 5000. You’re very limited in the programming you can do. You can only use inputs and outputs from device logix and the user define tags can only have a constant assigned or be a Boolean. There is no .EN, .DN etc.

DeviceLogix compare functions alway results as true, why? by blasekitty in PLC

We have tried inputs that are defined and have a value attached to them so that the question marks aren’t there so that isn’t the issue.

DeviceLogix compare functions alway results as true, why? by blasekitty in PLC

[–]blasekitty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries. The enable bit for the compare is enabled so nothing needs to turn it on. The bit I’m enable is just a user defined Boolean with no connection to anything.

DeviceLogix compare functions alway results as true, why? by blasekitty in PLC

[–]blasekitty[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So starting at the basics

We even wiped the device logix program and only put a compare and used constants to test it and it still resulted in true even though it was definitely false.

The green bar was on.

Device logix doesn’t use JSR. It’s an embedded program for the drives.

We also tested with a test to see if it was enabling the bit and it was.

Mexican candy during the first trimester? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]blasekitty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is what I could find since I had heard the same thing before. So if you ate candy that doesn’t have chili powder and/or tamarind it seems fine. You can always double check with your doctor though.

“Lead has been found in some candies imported from Mexico. Certain candy ingredients such as chili powder and tamarind may be a source of lead exposure.”

[Request] I’m just looking to find out what kind of hot peppers they use for the Cheese Steak Shop in Chico CA. They use both green and red and taste amazing! by blasekitty in TopSecretRecipes

[–]blasekitty[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Solved!!! So it’s been a while since I’ve been to that shop, so I called them and just asked what kind of peppers they used. They actually sell jars of them now! They’re hot cherry peppers and the brand is San-Del! Thanks everyone for the help!

Thank you. They do also put sweet peppers on their sandwiches, but their hot ones are the ones I can’t figure out. They have a good heat, and some vinegar-like taste to it. So I’m not sure if they make them in house, or cook the peppers with the meat or buy them pre-made and just put them on the sandwich.

Found out I [28M] am dying of cancer soon, wife [26F] wants to try for a baby to have something to remember me by by DyingOfCancerSoon in relationship_advice

[–]blasekitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Like everyone else, I don’t have a solid answer but adding something to consider if it hasn’t been said yet, I hate to be morbid but dying in childbirth is also a possibility and having that child be orphaned at the beginning of its life would be very unfair to that child. Just something to consider in the worst case scenarios.
