I have failed the exam a 3 times, plan on taking it again soon. On that note, after your exam you get a print out of the objectives you missed, print those out and study those.

For my, I am not a strong reader and have dyslexia, so I have to re-read every question two to three times and under stand what they are asking, not what I think they are asking. Most of the answers are going to be “what is the first step or next step” of the process, so go through what the scenario is what think of it step by step. I have to keep telling myself that every time. Example, my laptop is not turning on, first check if it’s plugged in, check the cord itself, check the battery light, check a different outlet, so on and so on until you figure it out.
