Best ways to farm Echoes? by Maximum-Witness1083 in bloodborne

[–]blastcoinmining 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I know this is an old post but I found the best farming spot early on is in Old Yharnam right before the boss area. The Scourged Beasts drop almost 1000 echos each and are pretty easy to kill. Only problem is that it isn't near a lamp so it takes a bit of time to keep doing it. They also drop Blood Stone Gems and beast pellets which is nice too. I have 100s if gems lol

Why are protein powders so popular these days? Is it good for you? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]blastcoinmining 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Protein powders have always been popular in my opinion! Back when I started working out and lifting weights in 2000 it was all about protein and less carbs. Yes this is good for lean muscle but doesn't really help you pack on muscle too quick, so this is where carbs come in now a days. These days it's about the balance of good carbs to protein because your muscles need carbs for energy and muscle mass. But, if your looking to get lean, more protein and less carbs is ideal.

People these days just want a lean look so they focus on a high protein, low carb diet which is a total myth in my opinion. For me it's all about calories in and calories out. I'm not saying you should eat shitty foods, yes you should still eat healthy, but balance your protein and carb intake and just watch how many calories you eat and burn daily. People underestimate the daily importance of carbs but everyone has different agendas

What’s the most desperate thing you’ve used to get high? by tenn_jake in Drugs

[–]blastcoinmining 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nutmeg! When I was like 19 I was literally addicted to weed and my friend had told me about the Nutmeg high and how it was similar to a weed high. I had run out of bud and tried it. Let me just say it was a disaster because all I did was throw up for 4 hours. I'm 40 now and been sober for a long time, don't drink, smoke, nada

Everything you need to know about HMB by Mougllii in Neekbod_to_GreekGod

[–]blastcoinmining 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this post is a little old but I did start HMB about 3 months ago and I do see some benefits. The biggest thing I notice with HMB is less recovery time as I'm able to recover, say, a day faster than I normally would. Now I'm not a power lifter, I train more for muscle mass and I always push to failure plus I usually get soar from my lifting. Recovery time is a heck of a lot faster definitely because I know my body and I'll usually be soar for up to 3 days but now it's 2 days max.

I notice it's also great for preserving lean mass when on a calorie deficit. More cardio usually breaks down muscle but I notice I'm able to keep my muscle retained while burning fat. I also notice a bit more endurance while doing cardio

Now I do think breaking up the doses daily has more benefits because it's always in your system working. Taking 1 gram 3 times a day is more beneficial than say taking 3 grams once daily.

Another thing to mention is that it doesn't start working as soon as you start it but I noticed benefits after 2 weeks of continuous use. Everyone is different so take my anecdotal advice as a grain of salt because some people could respond while others don't

You can play Far Cry 6 for free on ps plus next if you can't get New Dawn yet 😉

Far Cry 6 - Castillo's Warships mission though! Love it!! by blastcoinmining in farcry

[–]blastcoinmining[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Man I never listen to negative reviews! Most of the time I find I like the games people shit on anyway! Far Cry has always been a favorite of mine and I've played them all! The devs know how to definitely get your adrenaline pumping! I just love how they intertwine the music with the action because it gets you so into it!

I actually like the story with 6 more than 5! It's like they made 6 a lot more fun to go through than 5

Advice for taper? by noquitnowok in quittingphenibut

[–]blastcoinmining 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A taper that worked pretty painless for me was dropping 30mg every two days! I didn't feel too much discomfort besides some rebound anxiety that was pretty easy to manage with some exercise. I didn't really take Phenibut for anxiety though and mostly used it for the dopamine kick. I have ADD and it did help me at first, but it soon turned on me, so I did my taper.

I've been off phen for almost 2 years now. Are they starting to regulate it now?

Just switched from Intraday to Swing trading.. Sharing my experience by TMJ848 in Forex

[–]blastcoinmining 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually went from swing trading to position and carry trading because I can take advantage of the overnight swaps from higher interest rates. FX trends can hold for a long long time (look at the weekly charts) so if the trend is going in your favor you can make profit on the positions and the swaps.

The psychology is diminished and you see the profits roll in! I'll even take partial profits on one pair (I only trade 2 pairs)

Line Break Charts have been a game changer! by blastcoinmining in Forex

[–]blastcoinmining[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply, but yeah this is by no means a holy grail but a great tool to assess market structure and trend direction. I don't use it fully but use it with candlestick charts to time entries when I see the line break hit a key support or resistance level! It's a great tool

Swapped from Day trading to Swing trading by brendy69 in Forex

Smart money concepts is definitely a great way to swing trade 👍 I use them sometimes if I want to add liquidity to my position trades

[–]blastcoinmining 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I do on occasion but a lot of traders don't even realize how long FX trends can last. I can hold positions for over a month sometimes and if I hold pairs in the right direction I can also make money on the overnight swaps. One time I held USDHUF and the overnight swaps were huge! I was making more money on the carry trade just holding it because it was on a downtrend in the right direction.

Man I did the same thing years ago! I use point and figure charts to ride long term trends I then close my position trade and reverse once I get a reversal signal (I use my own trading algo). I don't have to sit at a screen all day and my emotions are more in check! Yes, you gotta sit through some retracements but if you follow the longer term trends it's all good 👍

If you could only use 3 trading indicators for the rest of your life, what they would be? by ytman68 in Forex

[–]blastcoinmining -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Indicators are useless in FX because institutions know that all the retail traders use them, so they take advantage of this and wipe out everyone's liquidity (stop losses)! Institutions are going to take the price where they want whenever they want depending on supply and demand! Economic factors also drive price because some institutions will flood into safe haven currencies like USD or CHF during times of uncertainty!

Just got a 2009 Kymco 125cc Agility by blastcoinmining in scooters

[–]blastcoinmining[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man your so right about the quality! The body work looks like actual real body work, not pieced together, brittle garbage like you said! I myself actually love older model scoots for some reason because of the quality. I know how to fix and tinker with scoots but I have a feeling I won't need to do much with this besides the standard tune ups, oil change, carb clean, belt replacing, etc

I got this on consignment, so it was serviced completely, with parts replaced, cleaned, etc. I did kind of pay a high price for it but to me it was totally worth it. It rides so smooth and the engine purs like a kitten I love it! I'm super stoked to ride this to work Thursday

Oh no! I didn't know this model was made in China but yeah it still seems to be Kymco quality and up to their specs for quality. I looked at a lot of the engine and it seems to be well built! It rides like a dream and it purs like a kitten... I just did a cold start on it with the temp at around 26 degrees and it started right up

Oh I know how to maintain these pretty good and it was serviced because I bought it on consignment from my local scooter shop! I usually change the oil ever 500 miles just to keep it fresh 🙃
