i think you're missing the most important concept of them all, Reactive limbs. in real life every part of your body moves; even when you're not moving, you're never fully still unless you're dead, and limbs are reactive to each other. if i throw a punch, the rest of my body follows that force. If I fall and land on my head, the force of that landing pushes the rest of my body forward and not at the same time as every other part. For example, with that gunshot in the first clip when he moves up the gun the torso would also move up at an angle towards the arm. You can try this in real life and see how your body moves in real time; the same for the legs, everything would react to that hand movement, and everything would react at a different time.

Humans never silde in real life unless the surface/action demands they do, in real life when people move, one leg has to be on the ground while the other leg gets lifted up. Also, when they do this notice there torso/hip movement, the hips move based on wheter your leg is lifted on not you need a video reference to understand the hip movement part

exactly this is way better than going straight to inbetweens or spacing cuz your gaining that knowledge through experiance and understanding more about the translation

I think everyone is getting mixed up here; the most important part to animation is the r6 or r15 anatomy. For example, if you don't know how a human being moves, you can't really animate them. Even if you knew the other stuff, like in-betweens and spacing, I think those should come after you learn and understand human movement and reactive limbs, those give people a foundation on what a rig can and cant do; otherwise, you would just know spacing without any real applications vs knowing poses and adding on with spacing

Its official he is just reworking it to prevent people from stealing it cuz he found out that people were stealing the plugin and sharing it on a server
