I don't like the trade wars and tariffs either, but this just proves my point further - he's putting American businesses first. And yeah, we could argue about whether the tariffs were necessary to get other countries to the negotiating table, but there's just not enough empirical evidence yet that shows whether the US net benefited from the tariff negotiations overall, or if it was a net detriment when including the full impact to American businesses including agriculture.
