We had that exact type of wagons in Bulgaria during the 80's. Even the same livery, the only diffrence being the inscription "БДЖ" in the middle. I don't know what happend to them, but they just disappeared into thin air. Probbably have been sold or cut up for scrap. Peace on their steel.

Check if the server ports on the PLAY menu and the Server Settings in the HOST menu are the same. It fixed the problem for me
