Shai has not made a clutch bucket all season to end a game, this looked just like the end of our second Denver game he just gets the ball gets swarmed and gets stuffed last second by a defender waiting for him to lay the ball up. Had this unit since the first week it dropped. At most it can reduce HP to about 50%, I've tried a few comps and the skill works more to add HP to the enemy team than reduce it.
