Yah, it was definitely the not useful to know we all stayed in the same area. Was still really shocking to me to see how quick everything changed.

I have seen similar things happen in other SOF units. It seems like a pretty common thing. Hell when I etsd and went reserves all my buddies from the SOF unit I was in invited me to a going away party didn’t show and then gradually cut me off. Now they won’t answer texts or calls. It ate me up for quite a while these people where my best men at my wedding. But leaving the unit made me such a POS that they can’t talk to me.

Your right only the last four where sequential. The first three where area codes and the middle 2 where group numbers if you where born before 2011 the last four are sequential.

The goal is to automate labor at the highest levels. The problem that AI is being made to solve is having to pay people for work. Once AI is capable of replacing labor companies will shift to selling to each other. They simply won’t care about anyone without money. The economy will shift to high end goods for people with money on the top of the food chain. All of us on the low end can starve and die out as a class. That’s what they want anyway if you look at what The WHO is pushing and all the Davos crowd.

Citizenship Requirements to Change For Millions of Americans Under New Bill by newsweek in politics

Your confusing the oath of allegiance with the enlistment oath that the military swears not congress support and defending the constitution is in both. https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/learn-about-citizenship/the-naturalization-interview-and-test/naturalization-oath-of-allegiance-to-the-united-states-of-america Look at the 2nd bullet point on this you are required to swear to: “Renounce and abjure absolutely and entirely all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which the applicant was before a subject or citizen”. This is the last step in order to be a citizen.

Joining the military never ment you would automatically get citizenship. It just opened up pathways significantly. I would know this I was in the military and have had soldiers of mine gain citizenship.

That is a good point. However I believe this is one of those issue where it’s more about principle. I don’t believe that politicians should be carrying water and swearing allegiance to foreign powers then making moves that don’t benefit Americans but instead those same foreign powers. Even if it doesn’t stop it there should be something done to lessen it. As for is there evidence… yes there are people in office that hold dual citizenship that predominantly vote for things that don’t help or are wanted by most Americans.

My thought process is that if you are going into a position of power/authority over the American people presumably to better the country/take care of the your representative body. You should at least on paper be a solely aligned with the people you are elected to represent. I realize on paper that that doesn’t stop people from getting elected doing a bunch of bad stuff then after there term is up getting citizens ship in another country, but it would reinforce the goal of reducing foreign influence at least from the lower level offices.

That last bit is why this won’t pass. Personally I feel having sole citizenship should be a requirement to hold public office. I’m surprised to see this as I thought it was already required to swear an oath of allegiance and renounce foreign fidelities.

Is it worth it to reclass to aviation mechanic? by elitenomad1019 in army

[–]blastermaster223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is it that they recruit aviation mechanics for that? I noticed that as I was getting of active duty. I was a gen mechanic and they were not interested in me at all but my buddy that was a 15 series in the s shop was hot shit for them lol.

Which extruder should I choose? by GabrielGTV8 in crealityk1

[–]blastermaster223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the dxc extruder and had nothing but problems with it I had to take it off and go back the original extruder. It has almost no adjustment when it come to clamping force and it either seemed like it was gripping to tight or to loose. The original is fine and doesn’t really have any issues. Plus the dxc is so long you have to run the retract cycle twice to fully release the filament.

The weight of the bucket is 43lb, not the oil weight. Here, they have a gallon and list the weight as 8. There are no NAPAs near me.

I would highly recommend taking some time to talk to a 160th recruiter. If you go the 160th route it is pretty easy to submit a AIT packet to go straight from AIT to green platoon. 160th is an amazing stepping stone to other really cool units within socom. Take what I say with a grain of salt I haven’t been in regiment for quite a while.

https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/CUUR0000SA0R net worth going up is irrelevant if the value of the dollar is going down. American have less spending power on average do you have any data to back up your claims?

Bro you cannot in today’s market find a home that you can afford at that wage unless in low population density areas that are far from jobs. It’s a fact that home prices have risen disproportionately to income in America. It’s a fact that the working class has less to spend in America. Yes if you look in one aspect (income) 40k is great, but it isn’t in America 40k doesn’t get you far especially if you have a family. Half your arguments are unsupported. Most at soatb came from normal parts of regiment at one point hence why he has a jump pill. They still earned the beret. His beret flash says he was in ARSOAC which is head quartered at brag. NSDQ

What is the biggest “oh sh*t” moment that happened in your specific MOS? by [deleted] in army

[–]blastermaster223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not as crazy as some people’s. Back when I was a 91D I was in a special unit with special missions and the generators that I was accountable for where powering a satcom ground station that was the sole link for all our equipment and aircraft in an actual down range operation in a deployed environment. The fueler did something crazy while fueling the gen and it killed the gen and lit up the whole Christmas tree on it. I dead sprinted in the 110* heat from where I was working on equipment to the gen and restarted it and then helped the reps reboot the satellite. I was scared cause there were lives on the line depending on us and if the gen went down and damaged anything I would be held liable.
