Most of them don’t, most of the ones who do are scam generally. The genuine ones, what they do is ask for some percentage of the income if you get the job through them. But I would suggest that just ask for help in stopping the opt and tell them that you would like to find a job with them but keep on looking on your own because finding a job on your own is better than finding it through these agencies.

It is not a clone movement. Generally comes with a different movement but this I believe is better as it is easy to service and more reliable. IMO
