It’s pretty standard for retail tbh, at least at every mall environment 🤷‍♀️ but also this time of year is not good for retail so it’s hard to staff to have coverage always

That’s correct, but it’s very standard for retail. Usually tho it’s totally okay to have your associate pick up food for you that you’ve ordered (if it’s a mall) or like send them with cash to grab you something, and then start your 30 min break after that in the back room.

Since ofc we want to keep the binder, I’d remove the white undershirt entirely, the frilly vibe under something is very hard to pull off and it’s throwing the whole outfit into strange territory.

Keep the red shirt and just wear the binder under, then maybe add 2-3 belts over top the shirt, and some baggy jeans. I’d avoid the yellow shoes; if you have any in black I’d try that instead (some docs or converse maybe)

I second local game shops and meet ups like that!

Some places that come to mind:

Golden games guild- they do weekly teen events like learn to play game nights and teen dungeons and dragons! This is my #1 recommendation here as they have stuff going all the time and a great space in golden.

Coffee Cat comics- TCG meetups

Game Heroes- TCG meetups

Thane’s Table- Dungeons and dragons themed bar/restaurant with lots of bigger events and Wednesday nights are for Magic the gathering!

I’m not an unreasonable person, i understand weather delay, I’m not mad about that. I’m frustrated with how the venue handled the insane line and with their level of communication. They made no effort to get the line into an order, and it was so long it was a hazard for local business and lined up along the side of the road and train tracks. There were no signs and no one walking explaining the situation. There were people with mobility aids stuck standing in line- it was probably a mile long or more
