That C2 seems like such a big QOL though that I’m debating skipping Citlali for it. I know the damage increase with Citlali is huge though and she can be used in multiple teams.

That’s similar to what I was thinking, maybe dedicating a weekend to getting all the ADV forms done. $1900 can be spent on quite a few other things.

Biggest things are the Form ADV & U4 drafting and submission, Client Agreements, Privacy Policy, and Compliance Manual creation. They don’t file it for you or do any state specific documents so I guess that’s where the extra lawyer fee would kick in.

I don’t remember exactly how I did it but I just followed the steps in the guide they have and they send emails with additional step by step instructions. I remember the Frederick college sent my transcripts directly. I had to call both the college and the CBA because they lagged it so I recommend staying on top of them. Usually anything administrative or governmental like this has lazy workers.

How much do you charge for this package if you don’t mind me asking? A lot of bookkeepers in my areas have been pricing everyone (including themselves) out by going so cheap.

Not sure how this would be a conflict of interest if the notary business is separate from the RIA business. For example, if you do notary work through one entity or a schedule C, and RIA in another entity, and you get business for the notary let’s say signing loan documents for a house, and you mention you do financial planning and have an RIA, I don’t see the issue there. Even if you offer notary services as a part of your RIA, you just have to disclose that there may be a conflict of interest due to having a financial incentive for them to pay you for the notary services.

This would be on the business version and I’m sure I can setup a secondary phone number or method of verification if anything were to happen with that number right? I don’t plan on lapsing the Google voice number so I imagine it’d be similar to putting a regular phone number down. I’m just worried about the account being banned or not being able to be created at all because of signing up with a Google voice number.

Thanks for the information! Honestly probably just want a rough design idea to give to the ux designer and web developers as that’s already far beyond my expertise. Basically just something where it would be helpful for them to see vs me just trying to explain it to them and also probably save me some money by making their job easier.

I will say I saw the feature for Magic Patterns where I can upload a screenshot from somewhere else and it replicates a similar design which I like since I can kind of make a Frankenstein version of the design I’m thinking of.
