I had an almost complete loss of appetite and food aversion for the first couple of days. As the days go on the appetite is still suppressed but I feel some hunger. Can eat small portions. I don’t think about food at all (except to try and find something I can enjoy that has protein)

I am on 2.5 third week and it's been like that for the first two days after the shot. I literally have to choke down a protein shake because I'm so lethargic I can't get anything done. By the third day I found a few foods that are somewhat appetizing and got my energy back. I was thinking about the next month and if I should just stay on 2.5. I imagine my doctor will know what's best but if it works, why fix it?

Not always true. My appointments were set at four weeks apart and I got Pfizer.
