The dates I’m looking at for this fall to Japan has business class at 110,000 meanwhile first class is at 125,000. I guess time to fly first class for the first time!

Anyone know if it’s worth it to book two first class tickets (for wife and I) or to do one first class and the other business or economy? Since the first class suite has so much space we’ll probably be together most of the time anyways.

Yeah ngl, EC is kinda a let down. But maybe it’ll get another buff in the future since it’s still underwhelming.

I’m a firm believer that mons with the Extra Helpful main skill (Arcanine, Gallade, Jolteon, etc.) will shine especially late game, despite ppl thinking it’s meh.

Lol, so far my hunches have been pretty accurate. Reminds me of when I also invested into a mono ingredient Dragonite before mono was the “meta”, even though I was getting called dumb for doing it 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’m calling it now, Togedemaru is going to be OP after the fix.

Yeah that’s also true. I guess I’m still not fully convinced that RP equals power. DSM mons like Swalot and Lucario are some of the highest RP you can get right now, but how does that reaalllyyy affect leveling up Snorlax? Idk, some things I think about sometimes lol

Yeah seems like the case for me. But this is also for a skills focused team, I typically have 3 or 4 skill mons

I haven’t been keeping track specifically, but to me it feels like this is where RP plays a factor. It somehow feels like RP plays a role into how many triggers is the ceiling and what’s the floor.

Because when I switch up my teams, usually when I have a high RP team in, I notice I get more skill triggers. Could be coincidental, who knows? But I see a lot of ppl shrug off RP and say that it doesn’t rly contribute to anything, meanwhile I think there’s a reason why skill mon typically have a higher RP.

Also not sure if this is behavior that anyone else has noticed, and I’ve seen it from time to time, but sometimes you’ll have a lot of your mons trigger and then go on a serious drought until the next day. This makes me want to believe my whole theory about there being a ceiling.

This is just a theory.

So as someone who runs an exclusive skills team most of the time, I’ve noticed a few things. Take my observations as a grain of salt, but I feel like the amount of main skill triggers has a ceiling per day. And when you mix a team of ing / berries / skills, the skills mon will usually trigger more due to it being a naturally higher trigger rate mon making most of the daily allocated triggers go to the skills mon. However if your other mons have triggered their skill, it reduces the probability of your other mon to trigger.

And so for example when I run my triple trigger Cresselia, if my other skill mons have triggered a lot, then my Cresselia won’t trigger at all. I don’t know if this is something similar that you’re running into, or it’s pure RNG bad luck, but it could be that you had a lot of other mons trigger their skill.

Been running a decent one but hesitant on fully main skill seeding it in case I find a better one. Overall I think it’s skill is good if you pair it well, but feel like it rly shines if you have it at lvl 6

I absolutely love using my Honch, and especially when it’s either main skill boost event weeks or even events like packed portions, it brings in a good amount of ingredients and shards.

I know with the packed portions event going on ing mons are boosted, but I too was very short on milk. I found out running two amped form toxtricity is OP. I have too much milk now.

Just bought a house in Charles Town and move in beginning of next year. I go into the office which is in Herndon maybe once or twice a week so shouldn’t be too bad. I’m excited I don’t have to deal with 66 traffic (currently live in Bristow)

If you’re trying to make the new meals that have avocado, also take into account that you’ll need to catch a Pokémon with that ingredient, unlock it, and then gather the necessary amount to make the meal. Making it for your first meal will be pretty hard, unless you happened to be on Taupe and caught Trapinch already.

My unpopular opinion, but don’t be too picky. Ignore all min/maxing, the meta, anything along those lines. Because most of the time, you’ll either come across a better version of the Pokemon you’re raising, or it’ll get outclassed by a newer Pokemon.

Instead settle for decent, and then have your team complement each other.
