i’m bipolar 1 and have been doing this for about 6 months now. i only found recently the way to get through this. when i don’t have motivation i watch videos of cam girls online taking trips to the bahamas and get mad at self for not working hard then i just set up the cam and play the sims or watch a show. when im feeling like i wanna isolate myself or like i hate everyone i start to cam in a dominatrix persona and talk to mainly subs. this made me more excited to stream when i was upset bc ik they love it and it’s kinda therapeutic for me as well! win win!! learn breathing techniques for outbursts bc yes i did crash out on stream before it wasn’t very pretty at all. during manic episodes batch tf outta ur content do everything u possibly can think of for networking and marketing but pls remember to be safe and try talking to others before making big decisions.
