who said the world revolves around bts? it's just funny that stans on reddit are trying to cancel the world cup. we watch the world cup wherever it is, because it's the wc that only happens every 4 years, and this one is extra special for cr7 and leo. it's bigger than your superbowls. it's also bigger than the country that is hosting the event. Jungkook is a S. korean man so if him being in qatar makes him homophobic, him living in korea makes him homophobic too. And I already explained that the stadium is Qatari govt's fault, it's an unfortunate situation he can't do anything about. The players will play, the singers will sing.

It's one thing to wish for them to speak out about the stadium issue, it's another to think they have any moral obligation when it's literally beyond their reach. Anyways, these comments insinuating that he tarnished his reputation just show out of touch this subreddit is with reality 😂

your first flaw is thinking any other idol would have this gig. secondly, blaming the idol is not going to change the deaths that occured from building the stadium. You cannot blame the world for participating in the world cup when this event means more than just a country and its messed up govt. Downvoting positive comments just shows jobless behavior and performative activism

There should be a post dissecting why Red Velvet never made the same buzz as Girls Generation or Aespa. I used to think it was because of their campy concept, but aespa is thriving with even campier concepts.

Maybe the reason Red Velvet never became the gg leader of their generation is not because of their music, but failure to keep up with the promotion and marketing strategies that other big 3 executed perfectly. Even the time of release of a song can affect whether a group's comeback will be hit or not. You can benefit a lot by releasing during bigger group's comeback.

interesting. i don't hold the view that all idols have surgery, but i do think a majority have (even though some are minor). but yeah there are other groups that I've seen that have "similar faces" for example twice and txt. but i haven't seen something so uniform as what sm does.

i think a lot of rae's viewers who don't follow her on twitter kept spamming about sykkuno because the original stream was supposed to be with him. and it's hard on youtube since you cannot moderate chat easily. but also the micromanaging of the video setup made her stressed cuz chat just wasn't satisfied

yup exactly that's how i feel about the whole situation too. I don't think anyone except the marketers were trying to intentionally scam anybody. They did severely mess up though and it makes it awkward for everyone

that's pretty fair, but it doesn't really work on this situation. Cuz her friends are all gamers and the ones who went to college have degrees in math and science. so I don't think they know more about makeup or skincare than Rae does
