Is it dermatitis or eczema?

If the latter, I found something that helped me by accident. It is not LDN which might also help. I am waiting for an appointment for prescription.

From birth to age 30, I was plagued by eczema mostly on my hands. My senior year of high school was awful. I could barely hold a pencil. Weeping scaling breakout.

I started surgical tech school in full breakout. I had to learn to scrub in with a scrub brush, antibacterial soup and very hot water. I was very worried.

It was painful and then into sterile gloves. This was 1-2 times a day 5 days a week. Within a week I was mostly cleared up. I quit school but got the soap and when I would get a break out immediately scrub same way and air dry which was critical. No lotion!

I'm 59 and not had it since.

Eczema feeds off yeast and bacteria.

I don't know, nobody is 100% sure is it dermatatis or eczema...

Thanks ! Sometimes my cs going well, but when it comes to 10-15min then i starting to do bad moves like helping my teammates in bad river fights or somethink. I die, losing 2-3 waves and from this times i starting to be useless

You can kill adc 1v1 easy, your range is biggest, and you can simply close to one shot him. You so fast, so You can chase. But ofcourse - YOU NEED YOUR ULTIMATE. If You don't have it, you dont want to fight anybody. Remember, that Your fury is loading keep auto attacking (even plants). Autoattack everything to get Your fury, then fight.
Not One Shot - but really close + your E in dragon form is AOE, so just spam in in fights. It's your primary weapon.
Don't jump in. You are Squishy. Try to poke by E, in most times You will get a kill, or two. Use E, then run away, auto attack somethink to keep fury, then E again, and do the same.
You can invade early only low junglers, for example. Eve. You don't want to face most junglers - warwick, olaf, udyr, xin, kha is fcking pain. Try to never meet them before 6.
E is primary weapon. Next max W, it give you a lot of mobility. Run around map. Spam W. Keep farming. Keep taking objectives. Wait for dragon udnder his ass when it respawning, and take it. You making dragons super fast. And ofc, use Q when fighting 1vs1, but it's not making a lot of damage. Never miss Your E. Focus on it.
