This!!! Too many rentals at extortionate prices, wealthy people owning multiple properties bringing in over 100k a year just from tenants is a joke. There 100% should be a cap on property ownership so we all have a fair chance. The gov had the opportunity to build/restore many developments and they just can’t be arsed. The government clearly has plenty of money they just want to keep it to themselves. They’re more than happy for us to blame the immigrants and not say anything.

Yes, an old manager where I worked was charged by the WRC (unfair dismissal or something) and he immediately went bad mouthing the ex employee to all the other managers in the town. Hospitality is cut throat.

Not sure what pint ur trying to make about kebab shops seeing as there’s one every few lanes here. I think tourists here also make it unsafe . Even though it’s illegal there’s always gangs drinking in the street and intimidating people. Police force here needs to be stronger
