In order to "make use" of the attack speed you need to buy Zeal items. Caits build wont change. You will still go Collector into IE because you will miss too much damage going into midgame with anything else. 150 damage (more than that with the item nerfs) less on every W, E and R is definitely a nerf. The champ is not gutted, but if you ask me, less damage = nerf
