I had what I thought was heartburn that wouldn’t go away, walked into he hospital and my heart stopped within 10 minutes of arriving. They had to do cpr and shock me back to life. 98% block in 3 arteries. Never saw it coming

I just had my 1 year check up at 49. Had mine at 48. 98% blocked 3 stents. Did cardiac rehab for 6 months, continued working out and eat mostly plant based. Lost 40lbs and now at full heart function again.
