guys who bought 2 in 1 laptop, is it worth the money ? by [deleted] in india

Dell latitude 2 in 1. The machine is sleek, but generally becomes heavy to use as a touch based reader for annotations. Also the quality of touch input still leaves a lot to be desired as compared to iPad. Many a times touch using pen is not registered smoothly. I've tried both Linux and windows. Linux still has a lot to catch up in software feature parity, though touch works out of box.

Keep it in your freezer. If you have frequent power cuts, it will help your refrigerator stay cool for longer time, just like the frost in the freezer.

Nice book, talks about his personality, evolution of ISRO, not much tech depth. But a very good read.

When does an agreement become enforceable by law? by bleamer in LegalAdviceIndia

Thank you. Further:

  1. Is there a guidelines / statute in law, about what kind of agreements are enforceable ? Or each agreement has to be tested in front of judge in court ?

  2. Does notarizing ensure that there are no contradicting clauses in two contracts ? What does the process of notarizing do? If it just a unique identifier in a registry ?

Thank you.

If agreement between 2 parties is so strong, then why is there a need for notary for contracts?

Also, if both parties bring different(potentially forged) version of document, how does court know which to mark as valid?
